Ashok Patre’s family has worked Ratnagiri Estate since 1927. Set on the slopes of India’s Western Ghats, the farm pairs generations of experience with Ashok’s enthusiasm for experimentation. Careful cherry selection, controlled fermentation and attentive drying are central to the estate’s approach.

This anaerobic natural Cauvery is an expressive example of that work. Roasted light at Craft 42, it offers lively fruit flavours with a rich, sweet finish.
