All orders are roasted and packed fresh at our Kelowna, BC roastery.

We roast several times a week to make sure your coffee arrives at peak freshness. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During high-volume times (like holidays or special releases), processing may take a little longer — thank you for your patience and support.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship across Canada and to select U.S. destinations.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated Delivery Times

• British Columbia: 1–3 business days
• Rest of Canada: 3–7 business days
• United States: 7–10 business days (subject to customs clearance)

We work with trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.

Coffee Club Membership Orders

Coffee Club Membership shipments go out automatically based on your chosen delivery frequency.

 

You’ll always receive a reminder email before your next order so you can pause, skip, or adjust anytime.

Coffee Club Members receive priority fulfillment to ensure you never run out of your favourite Craft 42 coffee.

International Orders

We offer limited international shipping. Please contact hello@craft42roasters.ca before ordering for a custom quote and estimated delivery timeline.

 

Shipping Delays or Issues

 

Once your order leaves our roastery, delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or customs.

 

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, email us at hello@craft42roasters.ca — we’re here to help.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

Include your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can make things right as quickly as possible.

We also use recyclable and compostable shipping materials wherever possible — part of our ongoing effort to reduce waste and support a more sustainable coffee industry.
